Dua for waking up from sleeping in Morning or any time as our Beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to recite these duaas in Arabic.

Dua for Waking Up with English Meaning:“All praise be to Allah, who gave us life after di us (sleep is a form of death) and we will be raised and returned to Him”.
(Bukhari, Muslim)

Supplications for when you wake up in English:“All Praise be to Allah, who raises the dead to life and Who is in control of everything”.
(Hisnul Hasin)

Dua when waking up with English Translation: There is none worth of worship but Allah alone, Who has no partner, His is the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is able to do all things. Glory is to Allah. Praise is to Allah. There is none worth of worship but Allah. Allah is the Most Great. There is no might and no power except by Allah’s leave, the Exalted, the Mighty. My Lord, forgive me.

(Al-Bukhari, cf. Al-Asqalani, Fathul-Bari 3/39)
